ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible Parking Viewing Decks On-course Shuttle

The CPKC Women’s Open strives to be accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure that you have access to all amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our guests. The following outlines the services provided this year, as our venue changes year to year with each site presenting different difficulties we will alter to suit the environmental challenges. There are accessible pathways that connect parking, event entrances, the Clubhouse area including the practice range, many of the holes on the course, restrooms, food and beverage, and other amenities. Additionally, we encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. We have specialized carts available to accommodate wheelchairs and mobile devices. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at Main Admissions. Guests should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit. Please note: We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking will also be located at the Mt. Royal University East Parkade. The address for the lot is: 4825 Mt. Royal Gate SW, Calgary, AB T3E 6K6. The accessibility shuttle will pick up from the Mt. Royal University East Parkade.

Accessible Viewing Deck

There is an accessible viewing deck available on the 14th & 18th green at Earl Grey Golf Club. If you need help finding the location, download the Golf Canada app and view our interactive CPKC Women’s Open map.

On Course Accessibility Shuttle

Pick-up and drop-off for the accessibility shuttle will be located at admissions, 14th & 18th accessibility decks and the entrance to the Fare Way. When a visitor gets on the shuttle at admissions, they will be provided with a card with a phone number that they can call to pickup if needed from either of the three locations.
