Heritage Lounge
The Heritage Lounge is an elevated general admission ticket that provides access to an exclusive viewing deck on the golf course. The Heritage Lounge is situated between the 11th & 12th holes in the heart of the course and offers a covered lounge space with ample seating (unreserved), upgraded food and beverage for purchase, reserved washrooms, closed circuit televisions and a dedicated viewing platform. This location is steps away from all the action including the CPKC Women’s Open award-winning themed 10th hole, The Rink.

Youth Admission Policy
All youth aged 12 and under, receive free grounds access when accompanied by a ticketed adult. All youth aged 12 and under will need their own ticket to access Heritage Lounge locations and hospitality products. (such as Maple Leaf Club etc.)
A 15% discount will be applied for youth aged 13-17 on the specific single day grounds tickets and the specific single day Heritage Lounge tickets.

Can I buy tickets at the gate in person instead of online?
Yes – As of Wednesday August 20th, tickets will be available for purchase onsite at the main admissions gate. Limited Time Offer

I have an “Any One Day” ticket. Do I need to call ahead to say what day I am coming?
No – Just show up to the gates with your ticket ready to be scanned and enjoy the action for the day.

I can’t find my tickets on Ticketmaster. What should I do?
Login with the email and password you used to purchase your tickets. If you have forgotten your password, simply proceed with the steps to reset your login information. After logging in with the same email, go to “My Account” and view “My Tickets”. All purchases will be held under that tab for mobile download.

I can’t see my tickets in Ticketmaster. How do I access them?
Account Manager and Ticketmaster are not the same, which is the reason why you will not be able to view your tickets in Ticketmaster since you purchased through Golf Canada. How do I transfer tickets obtained directly from Golf Canada?

- Input your email that was registered for the tickets: (email)
- Enable forget password or create a new password if prompted
- Once you have reset your password and logged in to Ticketmaster, you will be able to transfer your tickets to the CPKC Women’s Open.
- Afterwards, if you are looking to transfer the tickets to someone else, you can simply select “transfer” and input the individual’s email address. Once you select confirm, the mobile tickets will be transferred over to the individual. Keep in mind that once the recipient receives the mobile tickets, they will become the owner of the ticket and any previous owner will no longer have access to it.

How do I download the Golf Canada Mobile App to view and manage my tickets?

If I have a Heritage Lounge ticket, do I also need a General Admission ticket to walk the grounds?
No, if you have a Heritage Lounge ticket you have all the same assess as a general admission ticket. The Heritage Lounge tickets allow additional access to the Heritage Lounge.

How can I purchase tickets as a gift?
You can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster for subsequent transfer to whichever individual you choose to gift tickets to. Using the “transfer tickets” function will send required steps and setup for the giftee to accept their tickets and download onto their mobile device.

What are the ticketing rules for children under 12?
For those age 12 and under, you will not be required to purchase a general admission ticket as it is free to enter. Hospitality areas are NOT part of free admission.

What are the ticketing rules for individuals aged 13-17?
For those between the ages of 13-17, select the Kids Discount ticket when adding tickets to cart. This option has a 15% discount applied.

Do I need to purchase my child a ticket for the Heritage lounge?
If you are bringing a child into the Heritage Lounge, you will need to purchase a junior ticket for them. This ticket is 15% off and applicable to any fan aged 17 or under.

I want to print my tickets at home and bring them to the tournament, what do I do?
Unfortunately, tickets are not able to be printed at home. If mobile ticketing does not work for you, the tickets can be picked up at the admissions tent day of arrival. Simply bring your invoice, the card you purchased with, and personal identification to pick up the tickets.

I don’t have a mobile device to access my tickets. What can I do?
If you do not have a mobile device, you can opt ahead of time to have a physical ticket printed at the ticketing and admissions tent. Please be sure to bring both your invoice, card you purchased with, and personal identification on arrival.

Why can’t I add my mobile tickets to my mobile wallet?
When you are logged into Account Manager, the barcodes should be visible only on your mobile device. When you arrive at the page with your barcode, you will need to tilt your mobile device into the landscape position. This will then prompt an option prompting “add to wallet.” Click on it, and you should be able to view your mobile tickets in your mobile wallet.

I can’t see the mobile wallet icon / I am not prompted with a message adding to my digital wallet?
(Ensure your phone has downloaded all updates)
Turning your mobile device sideways horizontally, you will be able to see the “add to wallet” icon. If you need to turn your portrait orientation off on your phone, you can do so in settings to ensure the screen rotates.

My Ticket is saying “pass disabled” in my wallet, how do I scan it?
If you are receiving the same error as pictured, it is because the email that you purchased the tickets under is different than the email associated with your Apple ID. The best option to fix this is to download the Golf Canada App. Under this app, select the “more” tab and then “Ticket Management”. This will allow you to link Account Manager with the app and view your tickets.

I can’t find the option to enter my offer code. What can I do?
When purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster, an icon resembling a lock will be shown on the top right-hand side of your purchasing screen. Simply click on the icon and enter your offer code. Please ensure that your spelling is correct when applying your unlock code.

My offer code doesn’t work. What should I do?
Ensure you check for proper spacing and characters when entering in your offer code. (most offer codes expire August 17th).
*Offer unlock codes do not apply for weekly ticket passes as the actual package is already heavily discounted.

Can I buy a ticket to the practice round?
Monday and Tuesday’s practice rounds will not be open to the public. We’ll be using that time to provide valuable training to our volunteers and ensure the best possible experience for our Canadian Open spectators.
